This comment is to gisele umumbyeyi on http://umubyeyi.blogspot.com/2007/05/swearing.html . I agree with you on your topic about swearing .each year I watch big brother and they swear a lot. The word f*** seems normal and the word s***. However as you said that you say it when you are hurt or shocked I have my daughter and I discovered that my daughter sometimes repeat what I say. So I discovered something to handle the situation. For example instead of saying s*** you can find a word to replace it such as shoot.
